Hi everyone,

I hope you’ve all been keeping well and enjoying the classes while I’ve been away. Huge thanks to Manny, Juan and Chris for holding things down.

I’m back from Tuesday and will be back teaching on Saturday, really looking forward to sharing the mats with you all again.

Christmas Message

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas. Whether you’re staying local or heading away, I hope you get some good rest, good food, and quality time with people close to you. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone back on the mats after the Christmas and New Year period — refreshed, motivated, and ready to train.

Tip of the Week -Use quiet weeks to think, not switch off.

Downtime is a great chance to reflect on your Jiu Jitsu. Think about what improved this year, what still feels tricky, and what you’d like to focus on next. Progress doesn’t only happen on the mats — clarity off the mats makes training better when you return.

See you soon and enjoy the festive break!

— Mouncif,

E17 BJJ
