E17 BJJ Weekly Newsletter | 14/09/26
Hey everyone,
Another week at E17, and a big well done to everyone who headed down to AGC this weekend to compete.

Competition is great when you win, but ultimately, competing is about choosing to put your Jiu Jitsu to the test against someone else. Whatever the result, there are lessons to take away, whether that’s about yourself, your game or the things you need to work on. That’s what makes competition such a useful tool for improvement. So congratulations to everyone who stepped up and gave it a go.

Hugo Dvorecky | Armbar Funnel Seminar

A chance to build a more connected approach to your armbar attacks and learn how to keep creating opportunities as your opponent defends.

7AM Classes Coming Soon
Watch this space as we open up more timeslots in October.
Busy evenings? No time to train after work? Now we have lovely showers, we’re working on making it easier to get your BJJ in, even when your evenings are packed.
7AM classes coming soon. 👀
Tip of the Week
Don’t confuse tiredness with a bad round.
Some of your most valuable rounds won’t feel like your best rounds.
Sometimes you get caught, spend the whole round defending or simply feel like nothing is working. That doesn’t mean the round was wasted.
Pay attention to what made it difficult. Those rounds often show you exactly what needs work.
See you on the mats!
